3. Vishnu Sahasranama Shlok 3

 18.YOGAH
The first of the seven names of Vishnu mentioned in the third verse of Vishnu Sahasranama is Yogah.  what is yoga.  Actually the soul is a part of God, the manifestation of God is the soul and it is the same in all.  But this truth is not known until the soul does not move on the path of Yoga.  When you rise above all the senses and of mind, the soul merges with the Supreme Soul.  This is yoga.
In this way, yoga is a means as well as an end.  Yoga is the only means by which the soul and the Supreme Soul can merge with oneness and this merger is yoga.  That is, Ishwar i.e. Vishnu is the path as well as the destination.  The soul attains God only by following the divine path.

19.Yogvidam Netah
The Supreme Soul is not only the knower of the science of yoga, but he is also the head of those who know the science of yoga, that is, he is also the best among them.  Vishnu himself has taught yoga to people in the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita.  At the same time, he has also explained that those who know this yoga science have already been present.  So we ,you ,anyone are capable of earning this knowledge.  Since this yoga knowledge is also with God, so by being equipped with divine knowledge, we are also capable of attaining Godhood.
Knowing a knowledge as a whole means that you first know that knowledge in general, then contemplate on it, then assimilate it and then you also apply it and then you are also part of its consequences.    Yogavidam is the one who passes through these five stages and these five stages are accessible to God.  When you too have attained then you too are entitled to divinity.
Now see that Vishnu is also Yoga and Yogvidam that is, means and ends. That is, when you move forward with divine qualities, might and traits, then only you can attain Godhood and not by doing wrong deeds.  You can reach that level.
Vishnu is their leader,  leader among all the knowers of yoga.  A leader is who provides leadership, who guides you, who coordinates you, who motivates you and helps you achieve your goals.  The leader also takes care of you and also takes measures for your success, you have to maintain your loyalty to the leader.  Under the leadership of God, you attain Godhood by being endowed with divine qualities i.e. by yoga.

20.Pradhan-Purusheshwarh
The life is the manifestation of the soul.  The one who is the best in , that is, the one who controls all consciousness, is the controller of all life.  Prakriti is an expression of nature.  Prakriti and Purusha, i.e. Matter and Consciousness is the sum, that too represents Vishnu i.e. God.  When you delve deeply into your own existence, you find that the Divinity manifests itself in you in the most visible form  that your consciousness gives you in union with your nature.  It is another matter that again, out of ignorance, we put various types of polluted veils on this holy form.
21.Narsimhavaphu
Truth and devotion are protected by Ultimate Forces which are manifestations of Vishnu or God only. And this protection comes in any form which may be known or unknown, which may be perceived or unperceived. Lord Narsingh is a combination of human form and lion form. This form is beyond imagination. This form protected devotee Prahlad from his devil rathour Hiranyakashipu. This shows that the God can protect virtues by taking any shape and form.

22. Shriman
Vishnu is Shriman i.e. He is the lord of opulence.  We derive the meaning of opulence from material possessions, but opulence is all that is valuable or  so valuable that we cannot even estimate its value.  Knowledge, science, character, intelligence, prudence, etc. are also opulences and God holds them all, that is, the one who has the glory of these opulences resides in him.

23. Keshav
In a sense, we see God as beauty. That's why the word Keshav refers to beautiful hair design of Lord Vishnu
In another sense  by the name Keshav we understand that God is a combination of Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva i.e. God  is endowed with all divine qualities.
In mythological beliefs, the one who destroys the demon Keshi is called Keshav.  That is, God is the destroyer of evil or wrong tendencies from this world.  That is, when there is an increase in the divine feeling in a person, then his bad tendencies are destroyed or understand it another way  that by destroying the bad tendencies inside ourselves, there is an increase in the divinity  in us.
Thus these three interpretations are intertwined.  When we destroy the evil within ourselves, we realize that we have the capacity to create, nurture and destroy the universe residing inside us , and the whole universe looks very beautiful to our understanding, devoid of the feeling of any evil.

24.Purushottamah
The one who is the best among all the conscious entities is God, that is, the one who is free from desire, suffering, karma(action) and karmafala (consequences of actions), that is the special Purush, that is, the Supreme Soul.  Thus God is above any individual soul and all virtues reside in Him.
